Every Day Action is quickly changing the conversation around food waste in Hollywood. In 2020, during our first 6 months of operation, we had 2-4 sets a day and just 1-2 volunteers. Currently we are able to service up to 15 sets a day with a team of 3-8 reallocators on the ground.
Our reallocators are a team of both employees and volunteers. Most days we have 2-4 employees and 1-4 volunteers on the road. Our Film Industry Driver Program is where most of our funding goes and how we are able to save so much food daily. We are proud to provide employment opportunities to background artists and production assistants when in between jobs as our reallocators.
While we never want to turn a donation down; we are unable to continue to grow beyond serving 15 sets a day with our current funding. We are trying to double our fundraising efforts this year; raising over $250,000 to be able to support the growing need of food reallocation on film sets in LA. We currently cover a 90 mile radius every day and save anywhere from 3,000-7,500 meals a week. Imagine the impact we could make together with more full time employees on the ground and more internal support for our organization to grow.

While two free parking lots will be available across the street from the venue, it is encouraged for all to take uber/lyft/rideshares. (As a reminder, this event is 21+ with an open bar, please do not drive if you plan on consuming alcohol.)

Depends on the ticket purchased. The minimum VIP ticket is 30 minutes of play time.

You will get to choose the top three celebrities you would like to play with from our list in attendance. Our event team will then assign you a casino table from your list of selects to play at for the time allotted in your ticket tier. Other celebrities will be in the VIP room while you are playing as well, they just might not be at your casino table.

You will be allowed to take one photo with the celebrity(s) at your VIP casino table. Photos during the event, not in the VIP casino, are at the discretion of the celebrity(s) in attendance.

You will be able to play with another celebrity from your list of selects and be offered first choice of table at next year's gala.

Yes. There will be many formal dining tables, both indoors and out, with seating for 10. If you'd like to reserve a seat at a table for the evening for an additional donation of $500 per seat, please email gala@youreverydayaction.org.

While proof of vaccination and masks will not be required, we strongly encourage both.
